We are the largest and oldest Established brokers in West Wales. Established in 1938, Old Oak Insurance has a proven track record in successfully servicing the insurance needs of people and businesses in West Wales. We have the distinguished privilege of providing an insurance service to generations of clients.

 

Old Oak Insurance Brokers is a family run independent Insurance Intermediary specialising in providing a full range of insurance services to both personal and commercial clients.

 

Our dedicated farm team, together with our associate Old Oak FarmWeb maintain the local agricultural knowledge and awareness, making us the perfect choice to provide agricultural insurance.

 

We provide a free uninsured loss recovery service. This means if our client is involved in an accident which is not their fault, we will arrange a replacement vehicle, endeavour to recover the costs associated with the accident, including any excess on your policy and in the event of a injury, we will appoint a legal adviser on your behalf. We chase the third party insurance company to ensure your claim is settled as soon as possible and with the least possible inconvenience to you, our client.

 

We provide a unique in-house Claims Department with a 24hr claims helpline because we feel no one else can manage the claims as well as we do.

We have dedicated teams based at each of our offices, all demonstrating in-depth local knowledge whist readily keeping up with changes in the insurance arena.

Since its foundation the company’s team has grown in expertise and market coverage across West Wales.

 

Our head office in Carmarthen is located in the town centre on Lammas Street, opposite Christ Church and a minute’s walk from Carmarthen Park.
